How It Works

Renting from Rhino Rentals is straightforward. Reach out with what you need, and we’ll help you get the right trailer reserved — without the runaround.

1) Request Your Trailer

Call/text (850) 273-6233 or email booking@rhinorentalsfl.com with the trailer you want, your dates, and what you’re hauling.

2) We Confirm the Details

We’ll confirm the approved driver(s) and make sure the tow vehicle and insurance match — then lock in your reservation.

**Only approved drivers may tow/use the trailer and are responsible for it during the rental.

3) Sign & Secure Your Spot

You’ll sign the rental agreement online. Then you can either pay your deposit by card (we’ll send a secure payment link), or pay the full rental amount in cash—with a card kept on file for incidentals.

4) Pick Up & Inspection

At pickup, we’ll do a quick walkaround and document condition so everyone’s on the same page from the start.

5) Return & Closeout Inspection

Bring it back by the agreed time, we’ll do a final walkaround, and you’re good to go

** Late fees may apply for returns past the agreed time. This helps keep equipment on schedule for other customers.
