Inspections & documentation
We document condition at pickup and return using an inspection checklist (and may take photos/video). This helps keep everything clear and consistent for both sides.
Rental time, returns, and late fees
Rental time is based on consecutive 24-hour periods starting at pickup.
Please return the trailer by the agreed time. Late fees may apply for returns past the agreed return time. This helps keep equipment on schedule for other customers.
Payments, deposits, and additional charges
Payment and any required deposit must be completed before taking possession.
Additional charges may apply depending on the rental (for example: late returns, cleaning, tolls, tickets/fines, missing items, damage, loss of use, or other costs related to the rental).
Insurance
Rhino Rentals LLC does not provide insurance coverage for the trailer or equipment. You are responsible for maintaining active auto insurance that matches the tow vehicle during the rental period.
Responsibility for the trailer and equipment
You are responsible for the trailer and included equipment from pickup to return, including loss, theft, damage, and missing items.
