FAQ's
Renting from Rhino Rentals is straightforward. Reach out with what you need, and we’ll help you get the right trailer reserved — without the runaround.
1) What do I need to rent from Rhino Rentals?
Valid driver’s license for each approved driver, active auto insurance that matches the tow vehicle, a properly rated tow vehicle, signed rental agreement, and payment/deposit before pickup.
2) How do I reserve a trailer (do you have online booking)?
We don’t have online booking right now. To reserve, call/text (850) 273-6233 or email booking@rhinorentalsfl.com with the trailer you want, your dates, and what you’re hauling.
3) How does the 24-hour rental period work?
Rental time is billed in consecutive 24-hour periods starting at pickup.
4) What happens if I return the trailer late?
Returns past the agreed time may be subject to late fees. This helps keep equipment on schedule for other customers. (Full details are in the Rental Agreement.)
5) Can someone else tow the trailer for me?
Only the driver(s) listed and approved on the rental agreement may tow or use the trailer.
6) What can I haul - and what is NOT allowed?
You can haul equipment, vehicles, and materials as long as it’s legal, properly secured, and within rated capacity. Not allowed: transporting people/animals, hazardous/toxic/flammable/illegal materials, stolen property/contraband, racing/stunts, overloading, or any illegal use. (Full prohibited uses are listed in the Rental Agreement.)
7) Can I take the trailer out of Florida/Georgia?
Out-of-state use requires prior written approval. (See Rental Agreement for details.)
8) Do you provide insurance for the trailer?
No. Rhino Rentals does not provide insurance coverage. You must have active auto insurance that matches the tow vehicle during the rental.
9) What’s included with the 8' x 20' equipment trailer rental?
12,000 lb winch (wired + wireless remote), chain binders, transport chain, wheel chocks, wheel straps, ratchet straps, bottle jack, gloves, and a locking toolbox (see Trailers & Rates for the full list).
10) What’s included with the 16' utility trailer rental?
